Crazy Landlord Request #179

The good news is, my landlord (aka The Gypsy) is back from whatever country she was visiting, AND she came down to our place to discuss the washing machine that's been broken for 2+ weeks. I'm not holding my breath that she'll actually get a plumber to come any time soon, but hey, stranger things have happened. Let's pretend that she's a competent landlord and that I'm an optimist.

The bad news is, now that The Gypsy is back, we have to interact with her. Tonight, she asked Chase if he would re-carpet her staircase. For free (but she would buy the carpet, of course). She's so cute - illegally evicting us from our apartment and still asking for outrageous favours. God bless her cotton socks.
