1. I think I mentioned this before, but my landlady never asks for bill money like a normal person, on a bill-by-bill basis (we are supposed to pay 1/3 of gas and utilities, including water. All of the bills are in her name). Instead of keeping a record of how much we owe and how much we have paid, she randomly shows up at our door with a fistful of invoices that she wants us to pay in full and says things like "I have no money. You take care of it".
2. Chase's friend, Eric, is staying with us for a few days while he conducts some business in Toronto. Chase and I don't have any time off work which means that Eric is here in our apartment alone for much of the day.
Today, The Gypsy did her usual trek down to my basement suite with a handful of bills while Eric was home alone, and asked for Chase and I. When she realized we weren't home, she asked Eric, OUR GUEST, to pay her bills ("You have internet? You pay," I think is a direct quote). Apparently, the gas company has been calling her non-stop lately about her overdue bill and she needs it paid right away. She said that she has no internet and going to the post office to send a payment is too much work for her so she won't be doing it anymore.
I don't even know what to say anymore... Just when I think her requests couldn't get any more ridiculous, she finds a way to top herself.
Ha! At this point to you really even HAVE to pay her? She's the devil.
